Acceptable Use Policy

Our approach

goongen.ai is an uncensored creative tool for legal content. We do not filter prompts or restrict output for legal use cases. Because all content is zero-knowledge encrypted with keys only you control, we technically cannot inspect what you create. This policy defines the boundaries of acceptable use.

Allowed

Any legal adult, artistic, fictional, or creative content. goongen.ai is designed for creative freedom within the bounds of the law.

Strictly prohibited

• CSAM - child sexual abuse material of any kind, real or AI-generated. Zero tolerance.
• Content depicting minors - any sexual or exploitative content involving real or fictional minors
• Fraud & impersonation - content created to deceive, defraud, or steal someone's identity
• Illegal content - anything that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for everything you generate
• You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction
• You must have rights to any images you upload
• You agree to indemnify goongen.ai against any claims arising from your use

Enforcement

Because content is zero-knowledge encrypted, we cannot proactively monitor what users create. Enforcement is reactive and based on reports or legal process.

• Reports of prohibited use will be investigated
• Enforcement is through public key revocation - this removes access and makes all associated encrypted data permanently inaccessible
• We cooperate with law enforcement when required by valid legal process
• We can only provide encrypted ciphertext or metadata in response to legal requests - we do not hold decryption keys

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is using goongen.ai to create prohibited content, report it via our contact page. Include as much detail as possible.
