Short version: no. If you came here after a refused prompt or a confusing forum thread, the current getimg.ai NSFW policy does not allow sexual or explicit content, and there is no setting, tier, or verification step that unlocks it.
That answer deserves receipts, though, because the internet is full of outdated claims about this platform - including some older comparison posts (one of them on this blog) that described a more flexible content tier.
